Winter Wonderland Décor: At the Manor, we take the festive period very seriously. Not only will your party have a gorgeous theme, put together, created, and maintained by our amazing staff, but you should also be prepared to be wowed by our stunning Winter Wonderland décor.
Festive Food and Drink: Complimentary glasses of bubbly on entry, mulled wine, hot cocoa, festive drinks at the bar, and a delicious 3-course dinner prepared by our talented chefs, need we to say more!
And most of this is included in our exclusive Christmas Party Package. The scrumptious food offered at your party will include:
STARTERS
Maple roasted parsnip and celeriac soup, sautéed wild mushrooms
Prawn and crayfish cocktail, crispy baby gem lettuce, Marie-Rose sauce
Italian Bresaola with balsamic-infused pickles, caper, sun-blushed tomatoes, and baby rocket
MAINS
Roast turkey breast, pigs in blanket, cranberry stuffing, turkey gravy
Rosemary baked Loch Duart salmon fillet, white bean, and roasted red pepper cassoulet, crème fraîche
Slow roasted pork belly, braised red cabbage, apple and cider sauce, roasting juices
Sweet potato and lentil pakoras, curried tomato chickpeas and spinach ragout, minted soy-yogurt
All served with roast potatoes, seasonal market vegetables, and appropriate sauces
DESSERTS
Lemon and lime posset, raspberry compote, ginger crumb, raspberry shortbread
Chocolate Shell, Tia Maria and crème di mascarpone, crushed cocoa meringue
Traditional Christmas pudding, orange crème anglaise
